Hello! Welcome to KTea’s Pastry!

My name is Katie and I grew up here in East Tennessee where baking and cooking were a part of my everyday life. I spent my childhood with a mixing spoon in my hand, baking alongside my mother for family and friends. I developed a love for baking at a young age and it lead me to attend Johnson & Wales University and attain my Culinary Arts degree.

I moved to South Carolina to start my internship with Kiawah Golf Resort. I continued to work in Charleston and further develop my pastry skills. Then I decided to move home to Tennessee to open KTea’s Pastry.
